  • CrossFit

    Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. 

    Here you’ll be trained to successfully perform multiple, diverse and randomised physical challenges. All classes are fully guided with a coach and include a warm-up, a skill or strength component, and a conditioning workout.

  • Weightlifting

    Our 60-minute Olympic Weightlifting classes focus on improving proficiency in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk through a variety of drills, complexes, strength work & flexibility training.

    Whether you are preparing for a competition or simply looking to improve your technique, these classes are an indispensable supplement to any training program.

    Our Gymnastic Strength classes concentrate on developing bodyweight strength, flexibility, technique, and efficiency in foundational gymnastic movements.

  • CrossFit Seniors

    CrossFit Seniors is a program for individuals aged 55 and above who want to increase functional fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

    Each session includes a warmup, a strength component to build bone density, and a conditioning portion to support cardiovascular health and independence in daily life.

  • CrossFit Kids

    A fun and socially engaging strength and conditioning program designed for children and teens (7 years and above)

    Kids learn proper functional movements through gymnastics, strength, and conditioning training - building coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love for fitness.
