Meet the Team
A Certified CrossFit Level 3 Coach with over a decade of coaching experience, Madhu leads programming and coach development at Vidatha. His passion lies in helping people move well, build confidence, and develop strength for life, not just for the workout.
He is also the Malaysian Country Manager for CrossFit, working to grow and support the CrossFit community nationwide.
Co-founder & Head Coach
Jen is a Girls Gone Strong Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, Pre- & Postnatal Coach, and Precision Nutrition Coach. She’s passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support them through every life stage.
She also helps individuals reach their health and weight goals through evidence-based, realistic, and sustainable approaches.
